Meal Price Increase (Effective 01/04/26)

 

After reviewing the updated guidance and recommended rates from City Serve, the school has made the decision to adjust our pupil meal prices. Even with this increase, our charges will remain below the recommended City Serve rate, as we continue to subsidise meal costs to support our families during the ongoing cost of living pressures.

Who is affected?

These changes apply only to pupils who pay for their school meals.

 

• Children in EYFS (Reception) and all pupils in Years 1 and 2 will continue to receive Universal Infant Free School Meals.

• Pupils in Years 3–6 who are eligible for Free School Meals will continue to receive them at no cost.

• The price increase applies only to families who currently pay for meals.

Meal Prices from 01/04/26

 

• Nursery: £2.20 per day

• Years 3–6: £2.50 per day

We understand that any increase can be challenging, and we remain committed to supporting families wherever possible.
